Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu Flood 2018 – TASOSS coordinated with all the Diocesan Social Service Societies, TNBC, TNCRI and all the commissions in resource mobilization. TASOSS coordinated with CARITAS India, Regional forums of Kerala, Karnataka and the affected DSSSs of Tamil Nadu. The Desk for Humanitarian Response to Emergency has visited the affected locations and carrying out its resource mobilization efforts – mobilized Rs 1,32,33,424/- through its accompaniment and coordination work.
Proposals were received from SSSS-Salem, CEEMA-Erode, CMSSS-Coimbatore, USSS-Ooty, KSSF, Kerala and ODP Mysore which were the most affected DSSSs. The funds were distributed to these DSSSs based on their proposal.
